Saikiran is on a distinguished road
Hi everyone....i have given mesh parameters for edges in the geometry but among 10 channels only one of it has negative volumes. Could someone point out the error. And kindly suggest some general procedures to be followed to remove such elements.

BrolY will become famous soon enough
I don't know what is the best way to solve your issue, but I have noticed that it may come from the edge association or the edge parameters. So,

1) undo the edges association and redo it.
If it doesn't work : 2) reset all your edge parameters, and redo it.
If it doesn't work : 3) Redo your blocking

Please zoom in closer and take another pic... I can't see the problem from here.

Scan planes across the problem would also help you see what is going wrong.

I don't think you need to redo the blocking

It is just a minor problem. You are almost done.
