Default [ICEM] Forcing surface and curve to match

How do I force the Surface and a curve to match up. I am creating an axial turbine mesh. I create curves and from curves create surfaces however if you zoom in you'll see the curve used to create the surface and surface do not match and when you're creating a boundary layer area with a 0.01 mm spacing this error because an issue as you get skewed elements in this region. HOw do I ensure that the curve and surface are exactly the same. The problem for me is mainly at the shroud and blade surface points. The outermost blade curve and the surface of the shroud do not match exactly the error is larger than my inital BL spacing. Anyway to fix this? Any help would be appreciated!!!
