Dear all,
I am trying to use gambit in order to mesh my geometry which is a bald of wind turbine. I design that blade in ProEngineer 3 and i wanted to import this file from gambit. You can see the blade figure in attachment. The problem is gambit import only the part that created with "extrude tool", and it does not import the surfaces (which connect root to tip) . I also attached the figure of this problem. it would be very very kind of you if you help me in this matter. Thanks a lot |

What are you saving it as with pro-e? With solidworks, I save the part as a parasolid, and that usually works.

I also import ProE (wildfire 3) within Gambit.
I choose Step file export, and I don't have any problem
