Can anybody help me out how to modify a geometry in ICEMCFD that is created in AutoCAD. How to generate mesh.

This is a wide open question...

There is a whole Tab of geometry tools and there are several tutorials and many pages of help discussing how to use them. There are other tutorials discussing how to mesh geometry.

This is sort of like asking "how can I use Autocad" or "How can I speak French".

Can you be more specific?
