Hi
I have a very strange problem. I instaled Ansys 12.1 in my workstation with platform opensus. Cfx(pre-solver-post) and ICEM cfd is working very well but when I open the workbench and import the geometry, it accepts the geometry but it couldn't open it for edit. The geometry file is ok and I test it in another computer. we have an academic licence and it should cover everything and I'm not getting any error message it just simply does not do anything. Any idea...? Thanks |

What geometry file?
Are you trying to edit it in Design Modeler? ICEM CFD is not "in workbench" at 12.1, so what does ICEM CFD have to do with your question? Sorry, I am confused... But a little more explanation and I may be able to help. |

Thanks Simon,
I found that ANSYS can not work with opensus so we changed the workstation to the Redhat again and everything is working now including workbench |
