-mAx- will become famous soon enough
split the surface containing the windows, with the blue surfaces (windows)

tanx.... ive done that but den i get only a face r8?? but i need the bus as a volume... ive made one volume as the bigger cuboid minus the smaller cuboid (the bus)...now for the flow inside the bus i need to form the bus as a volume rt?? but i cant figure out to make a volume wid the open part (the window)

hmm, and I assume your bus hasn't any thickness (you only have a surface between the volume inside the bus, and outside).
ok, you can do followings:
*go back to beginning
*delete the bus volume, but keep the outer surface
*create the window surfaces
*split window surfaces from bus-outer surface
*Create your computation domain, and split it with all the surfaces (outer surface + windows)
You can Mesh your model.
YOu only have to pay attention, while defining your BC.
You must define the outer surface (of the bus) as wall, the windows should be exported as Interior per default
