Hi,

I'm making a mesh for the external flow over a step and have put a boundary layer on the walls which was sized using a y+ of 30. But now I need to set the node spacing/clustering. So to keep element quantity as low as possible what's a good aspect ratio of the boundary layer?

Also is there a way of clustering elements which are not on a surface? Just like CFX-Mesh has Point and Line Controls for this.

Thanks
