hi,
I need mesh a C-grid using the O-grid method(building blocks). I have builded the C-grid block(factor=1), but I want to modify it. I can not decrease the thickness of C-grid block (at modifying block tab), because when I decrease the factor(<1), the outside edges of the block are contracted, instead of interior edges lengthened. Thanks a lot! |

You could associate the outside edges with something like a curve, etc.
If you have no curves near the outside edges, try associating an outside vertex to its self... (you will see this option under associate vertex)... Then try to rescale the ogrid... Alternatively, you could use the move vertex commands to interactively move the verts or change the lenght... |
