Neutral File Format Problems

I wrote a code to take a 3D mesh that was generated in house and write a Gambit Neutral File Format mesh file. I followed the format given in the Gambit documentation for the file format. When I try to load my mesh into Gambit ( I used File/Import/Mesh/Gambit), I get the following message:

Got it to work, had a bad format specification
