[ICEM] Export mesh from ICEM to Fluent V6

Please, I need help
when i export the 3D mesh from ICEM to Fluent V6, I get the error:

computing connectivity

creating cell section

error in get_face_grmpt

child process exited abnormally

I don't know why this happens.
I have performed all checks but I haven't found any error. Please help me, it's important.

If the mesh quality are qualified, is there any boundary do not well be set? I am not sure about this, but have a check.

The boundary conditions are well setting. Maybe the problem is related to the moment I make the vertices of block collapse. but I don't know how to solve it.
