Hi all,
I'm working on a conjugate heat transfer problem and would like to create conformal mesh at the interface between solid and liquid phases. Also, I would like to mesh interface as coupled to study the heat transfer problem. I have read numerous threads on forums but haven't managed it. I have tried: 1. Creating shared topology gives me perfect mesh match at interface, but it doesn't allow me to mesh interface in Fluent. 2. Setting contact match in meshing. I get a message of mesh matching failed and 0 nodes pares created every time I try it, though the geometry is extremely simple. 3. Selecting mapped when mesh interface with certain tolerance. It seems to have done nothing to the mesh and it's still not matching at the interface. Please help me out, thanks in advance. Also, I'm not sure if this thread should be put under Fluent instead. Please do so if any admin find it necessary.
