Default Poor y+ values at bottom of building walls in urban flow

cfd_user2050 is on a distinguished road
I am getting poor y+ values at the bottom of my building walls (normal to bottom no-slip plane). I am already using inflation layers to get grid within log-law region. How do I fix this?

Poor Y+ meaning too high? Then reduce the size of the mesh in the direction normal to the wall.
