Hello everyone,
I am trying to learn ICEM and I am looking for a reason of specific problem. With more or less correct blocking, I can see a lot of pits in my mesh that shouldn't appear (please see pictures included). Could you give me a tip what should be improved? I have checked other tolerances and slightly different blocking, but it didn't help much. Thank you for all tips in advance |

Does your geometry contain geometric curves? And are these associated to the edges of the blocking? Make sure this is the case.

Hi Gert-Jan,
After a doublecheck, I confirm that edges are correctly associated. Could you think of any other reason of these pits? I am working on mesh quallity (determinants 2x2/3x3/ ortagonality/skewness etc) but it seems areas with these pits have OK mesh quallity. |
