Hi there,
I am trying to make a cylindrical mesh with three circular inlets at the bottom, using ICEM (see attached picture). My problem is that some of the blocks at the edges get some cells that are very squished (circled in red). I was wondering if anyone know how to go about avoiding/improving these blocks? Any help would be really appreciated! |

You have to create an O-Grid. Look for this in the help.

Thank you for your reply! I do not, however, understand how I would create an O-grid for the 'overall mesh', when I have to include the three spargers. Any suggestions on how to do this would be much appreciated!
Also, I created a grid that can be seen in the attachments. I am not quite happy with it. Ideas/suggestions for further improvements of this mesh would also be much appreciated! |
