Ansys Fluent volume meshing gets stuck

Hello, I have a problem with meshing in Ansys Fluent. The calculation always gets stuck at 39% at the point "Processing tet refinement for poly" , when creating the "Generating the Volume Mesh" and does not change for hours (Second Screenshot).
So also I have noticed this tends to happen, when one of fl_mpi2310.exe processes cpu usage is decreasing to 0% (First Screenshot).
I'm runnig parallel version with 12/28 cores and without double precision.
Please help(
