I need to convert ICEM mesh to .dat via NASTRAN.

I go FEA solve options however there are many parameters for "Setup solver type" "Setup analysis type" and "create or modify subcase" for which I am struggling to find documentation for. When I leave these settings as default I cannot open the .dat within ICEM: File/ import mesh/ From NASTRAN

Would someone be able to advise me on this? I have pasted the format of the .dat below
