Hi folks,
this is my first post on this board and I am currently trying to getting used to Ansys mostly for Fluid Flow simulation. I am working on a cyclone separator to simulate dust particle separation and I am currently struggling with a seemingly very easy geometry. My issue is that I cant find a way to create the pipe outlet of the cyclone on the top. I created a solid cylinder by the pull command of a circular surface. I made a second, smaller circle with the outlet inner diameter but when trying to cut with the pull command, it cuts away the inlet as a whole instead of creating the desired hole. This issue sounds super simple, but I am stuck. Thanks so much for any advice! Last edited by Gersteloni; September 14, 2023 at 12:07. Reason: Pic upload |

Default action is "Hinzufügen". Therefore you should tick "Ausschneiden".
Did you do that? |
