Hello Iam relatively new to ICEM,
I am trying to mesh a duct with a curved lip profile as attached, there is no mesh in between the ducts two walls(inner and outter), however in the process I get a lot of negative volume elements,
Tried fixing it using the 'fix inverted block' but no effect what so ever.
Please do help out I have attched my blocking image as well.

I don't know if this still relevant or not.
try using O-grid on the blocks of the duct and check the "around block" option.
