Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well
I am trying to do a CFD simulation on a centrifugal compressor stage. I have successfully defined the compressor rotor using BladeGen but I have issues with the geometry creation of the radial diffuser. the radial diffuser is consisted of 23 straight edged blades just like the one in the picture below, I did the drawing in solidworks and retrieved the meanline cartesian equation then I have calculated the theta angle distribution and bundled everything in a rtzt file. after loading it to BladeGen I get a different output then anticipated with curved fluctuations in the edge, the angle distribution is in one of the attached pictures. I hope someone can help me through this I am working on the radiver 2 centrifugal compressor and I have been stuck here for weeks. |
