I am trying to simulate a 3D flow filed around a cylinder using Large Eddy Simulation. My flow domain is given below, where the cylinder and bottom surface are specified as no slip boundary conditions.
As you can see from the figure, a finer mesh is used around the cylinder. Since I am using a no slip boundary condition on the bottom surface, I am giving an inflation layer on the bottom surface. But i am getting same inflation layers in both finer and coarser mesh regions. But, as the mesh size varies in the domain, I need to specify different inflation conditions at at finer mesh region and coarser mesh region. How can I do that ? Please help me with this. |
