I want a sweep mesh along the length of an assembly however I am getting errors at points where the geometry changes. All edges were shared in spaceclaim before hand and am unsure why ansys cannot figure out how to transition from one body to the next, when all it requires is tightening up the mesh at localized areas.

In the image, I want a conformal mesh with 3 elements thick across each body.

It seems your model consists of many solids. You might have to sweep the simple or small ones first, and/or define hard edge divisions which are the same for each of the 3 sections.
