[ANSYS Meshing] The mesh does not contain any shell elements

Hello,
I'm working in ACP pre, I did the mesh generation and this message appeared : '' The mesh does not contain any shell elements. This may be because the model is not compatible with section data providers''
even though the green checked mark appeared next to model (workbench) and also as I update dthe project on workbench a message showed saying "ACP input validation failure. There is no data contained in the input mesh file'' please help me.
