Hi there,
I am working on the 2-way FSI simulation of the 3D aortic valve. Since I am new to FSI simulation, I have a few questions regarding the meshing of it. First, what software should I use to mesh it? I was thinking of using the Fluent meshing tool. Not sure if it is the best option or maybe I need to work with ICEM. My second question is about the remeshing strategy that I need to implement. Since the valve leaflets are moving fast, I need to use dynamic meshing. However, I doubted if the available options in Fluent will help with this problem such as smoothing, layering, or remeshing. Do you guys have any suggestions on which strategy can help in this problem? I heard about using Immersed boundary method. But not sure, if it is going to help. Thanks in advance, |
