Default How to get prism layer with varying first cell height

I am doing my mesh in ICEM. I am looking for tetra mesh in contraction and test section of a wind tunnel problem I am facing is the first cell height in contraction and test section are different then, how to get prism layers that varying first cell height?

In the part mesh setup,
there is a checkbox to use inflation parameters for curves you need to set for 2d meshing. Then set fill the respective columns. The height column is the first layer height, afaik.

Well... there are three Tetra/Prism tutorials in ICEM's tutorial manual. Did you get a chance to look at them? They walk you through three different approaches how to setup prism layers.
