How to concentrate mesh on inner body surfaces

Hello I have the enclosure as in the attached pict which include a square object that subjected to flow and I am aiming to concentrate mesh on the outer surfaces of the inner body? may somebody tell me how to do that and what best mesh type for the outer enclosure?
