[ICEM] Base point not defined

I'm using ‘Base point and Delta’ ,and sometimes it shows"Base point not defined",but it does not affect normal operation，I just wonder why and maybe it affects something else I don't know

If you did not select a Base point as reference for the delta's, then probably it positions the new point with a delta from the origin (0,0,0)

maybe the middle button of my mouse doesn't work sometimes
