Automesh failed then what do you do?

My model have a lot of tube bundles and I try to make CFD volume mesh. I extracted tubes from a volume but failed Ansys auto meshing. I tried element size change and mappable mesh method but failed again. Do you have any idea to make this kind of mesh?
