Hi everybody! I want to create a mesh in TurboGrid for the existing blade CAD model:
1. Load the .iges file in Design Modeler. 2. Create hub, shroud, input and output sketches using this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKRzrj9d4gE The rotation axis is Z, the plane for the projections of the contours and the input / output is created from the ZX plane. 3. Further create FlowPath and ExportPoint. However, I can’t successfully transfer data to TurboGrid due to an error: "First blade profile is not defined as a hub tip and is too far (0.780972 of span) from the hub for reliable surface intersection. Must be less than 0.12 of span.". But I cannot include layers in ExportPoint on output, (except for those that have SpanFraction = 0.75 and SpanFraction = 1) - ExportPoint stops working. I would be grateful for your help! |
