Hi everyone! I'm a student, and I have a question.
I have to study a case of natural convection in an overheated wall channel. I'm trying to design the geometry of that channel and a mesh, too, but I'm in trouble because I must design two tanks at the beginning and at the end of that channel. I'm trying to use Spaceclaim or Designmodeler from the Ansys Workbench. I tried with Mechanical to create the mesh, but the software notes "error". To solve the problem, I would use Gambit, but I can't create an appropriate mesh for my case study, I can't save that work, and I don't understand how to convert that file. Can someone explain me how to do? Or can I find these informations somewhere, on the internet? I'm trying to google the problem, but apparently no-one is slipping in that problem. Thank you. |

Hi,
Your question is not clear. What kind of error in Ansys Meshing? For Gambit, It’s too old software. It could not support the new version of Software. Teguh
