Hi,
I generated a rotor with shroud tip by the tip option, normal distance. I would like to examine the coordinates of points on the tip surface, to see if the radius is the same for the same x location. I am wondering what the best way would be to check this. If this cannot be done within Turbogrid, can I export the mesh and read the coordinate using CAD or CFX-Post? The reason I want to do this is that I am trying to create a squealer tip geometry and it is done by creating the main passage with tip clearance using Turbogrid and creating another separate mesh for the cavity just below the blade tip, using CAD+Anays Meshing. I examined the mesh in CFD-Post and found that the two faces at the interface do not match, with overlaps at the leading edge and the trailing edge and separation in the middle. Thanks in advance.
