Hi,
Im trying to apply an ICEM mesh to a wishbone shaped vortex generator used for aerodynamic drag reduction on vehicles. Having no experience I have read through multiple tutorials and watched online videos but have established no clear cut method on how to set up a mesh for my specific geometry. I believe my issue is not fully understanding what associations need to be made between the split fluid blocking and lines/edges of the geometry as I have been trying many variations of splitting with edge association and deleting unnecessary blocks. For my geometry what is the best approach to take for associations? i.e. edge, point or surface. Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Josh. |
