Hello everyone,

I am in big trouble.I created a drawing model in CatiaV5 and imported in ANSYS. I need to 'Fill' in material between two tubes so that i can define that annulus as fluid domain. I suppressed all geometry except tubular portion. After that, i hid some faces which were acting as closure to tubular portion. In attachment, 'full tube' shows tube with all faces and 'hollow tube' shows required tube which needs to be filled to name as fluid domain.

But the problem is when i fill the outer tube it shows error 'can not heal/patch wound from removed face(s)' and it does not Fill. On the other hand when i apply Fill on inner tube, it follows the instruction in an obedient way and Fill is successful. How i can remove this error to fill outer tube?. Later , I want to Boolean this to make different flow domains. Kindly help me. I am posting this after trying to solve for 3 days and i was disappointed now. CFD community please help me.

Full geometry: Complete drawing model imported from Catia
Full tube: Tubular part which contain some closure faces at the cross-section
Hollow tube: tube that needs to be done with 'Fill' command for fluid domain but causing error
