I am trying to recreate the attached image on Ansys, although I have been able to develop this sketches but the application of sweep keep telling me "sweep path must contain exactly one chain ansys".
How do I go about this? Your suggestions would be well appreciated. |

Hi Faro,
According to your sketch you didn't add the horizontal lines, hence you'll end up with several "sub" lines in one sketch which cannot be used for the sweep path. If you correct those you should be fine. Have fun |

The bend radius is not the problem here as the extruded profile is not self intersecting at the different bends.
