Hello,

On ANSYS Fluent I am having issues finding the average skewness and average orthogonal quality of my mesh.

I can find the max and min of these values, but I am unsure how to find the average.

Thank you.

Hello,

You need to initialize your case first (No need to input all the boundary conditions to see mesh quality but you need to be able to initialize)

1-Open Report Definition section
2-New: Surface Report-Average (2D case)
Volume Report-Volume Average (3D case)
3-Field Variable: Mesh and choose which quality to measure
4-Select the bodies
5-Compute
The results are printed in the Console Window
Note: If you want the average in each body separately check the Per Zone (top left).
