Hallo to the community,

I want to aks for a problem a have. I am doing my Master Thesis and I have to mesh a SpraySyn standardized burner. After spliting the Blocks, editing the Associations and generating the Pre Mesh with No Projection everything is fine.
When I recompute the Pre - Mesh with projection to the Edges I have a disformations of the Cells. So my Mesh quality is confoundedly low. But the Asscociations looks optically correct.

Is anybody who can give a reason what could be the problem? For easiness I upload a picture with the problematic zone.

Thank you very much

Hm, I dont think the big white arrow association of the central low point is correct. Delete it and recompute the pre-mesh, I assume this will fix it.

The edges are correctly associated its just that vertex.

How did you try to "fix" it?
Within the association menu there is an option to delete associations (its a yellow hand/finger with a red cross in the symbol). There you can choose to delete vertex/edge/face associations. Use the delete vertex association tool, select that vertex and hit mouse wheel to perform the action. This should remove the association (and the white arrow with it). Then rebuild the pre-mesh.
