Bad Boundary Mesh Error (Large Model)

Hi,
I have a very large domain, 1:1 scale - about 2050m x 4040m x 1200m, for a wind tunnel simulation of a 40mx50mx200m building. I have sliced the domain using the building faces. I am trying to mesh the building with hexa elements as that is the area of my interest and tetra / hex cells on the domain. The problem is that i am unable to create any edge or face sizing properly. I have tried many things, decreasing the sizing element, changing the whole meshing method from sweep to multizone and even cutcell assembly meshing. I even played around with the sizing function, like adaptive, uniform and all, even toggling defeaturing on and off and nothing seems to help. Also for obtaining the desired y+ value i tried applying inflation layers, which give the same error as with sizing above. I don't know what's causing it. Please advice on how should i proceed to solve this issue. Attaching the geometry and failed mesh screen snips. |
