Mirror 2D planar mesh

Hi, I have rather simple 2D planar mesh which I would like to mirror to get symmetrical mesh. However, if I use Edit mesh/Transfor mesh/Mirror and check copy, merge nodes and delete duplicate elements in the menu, the resulting mesh can't be exported to Fluent giving error: Child killed - segmentation violation. It happens also if I check the mesh using Check mesh tool and delete all duplicate elements.
I thought it would be a peace of cake but now I struggle with this for two days without any result Thank you for any suggestions or description how to do that! E. |

Ok, I made the simplified geometry and identified the problem, however, I have not solved it yet. The problem is that I use the mesh refinement on the blocks which are neighbouring the mirror axis (see attached pictures). That produce non-manifold vertices which the automatic repair can not fix...
