How to mesh sharp corners in ICEM CFD

I`m trying to mesh the geometry attached using quad-hex cells. I`m facing problem at sharp corners and hence mesh is showing a quality of 0.01. Please give a look and suggest how to improve quality in this.

My perception; you want to capture the left and right semicircles, which is leading to bad quality elements at the blocks corners..... if so......
Delete the left and right blocks and associate the O-grid left and right edges to the semicircles curve (exactly like O-grid inside a circle)......! That's all will get rid of the problem...... |
