[ANSYS Meshing] Creating smoth transition with quad layers on mesh with Mahual Thin method

Hello!
I want to make smooth transition with mapped quads from element size on cylindrical part to larger element size in second plate. But I use method Manual Thin to mesh thin parts and to split elements into layers later. Inflation can’t be used with Manual Thin method, so I don’t have any Idea how to make this transition.
