when I insert a file (dimensions are about micro meter) in fluent from solidwork, in meshing part there is an error. the error is about overlapping and the message wants to repair it. there are not any overlaps in my model in solid work
. the most important point is that when I increase the dimension about millimeter, it is automatically solved. |

There could be different reasons,
based on what u described sounds like it's a problem with tolerance where you have the connection between your parts, I could suggest either reduce the tolerance in Ansys Meshing or directly deal with your geometry (which I'm not sure now if it could solve your problem) one solution to your geometry problem could be the idea that intentionally generating the parts with overlap and cut them in ANSYS But would suggest to go ahead first with the tolerance part |
