Non-sweepable bodies when forming new part

Hey everyone,
When I form a new part out of couple of bodies, some of the sweepable bodies turn out to be non-sweepable. Without forming new part, everything seems fine but as I need a conformal mesh, I have to find a way to enable bodies to be meshed by multizone or sweep methods. Any thoughts? Any help is much appreciated. Please see the attached file for the pic. Thanks. |

Obviously you’re gray part is not sweepable( because of the shared face with the green part which is not revolved around the axis), you can only take advantage of sweep for the green one, I don’t see a method here to activate sweep for the gray part, don’t understand why it has to be sweep either, I mean sweep has nothing to do with conformal mesh, you can generate normal mesh without sweep but manage the conformity in contact part
