Hello everyone,
for the analysis of a rotating impeller i'm working with Ansys Workbench 17.1 inculding the Fluid Flow (CFX) component system. I have sucessfully finished my calculation including geometry, mesh, setup, solution and results parts. The next step of my working flow is to varify the mesh density of my model. But after opening the mesher, just deleting the former mesh and generating the "new mesh" with the same parameters as the mesh before and error occurs: "A software execution error occured inside the mesher. The process suffered an unhandeled exception or ran out of usable memory" I have checked the memory and there was everything fine. Does anyone have an idea what to do. I don't want to define a complete new componennt system just for the analysis of the mesh independency. As already mentioned I'm workiing with Ansys 17.1, on a windows PC with Win 7 or Win 10, different OS same problem. Thank you in advance. |
