I'm now working on a heat dissipation problem using a chip, a heat sink and a fan. I'm trying to mesh the heat sink and the air domain to get a good mesh quality. Because there are multiple thin fins, I'm struggling in getting a good mesh, especially in air domain. Is there any general guidelines about how to mesh a heat sink structure and the corresponding air domain?

I tried Ansys meshing and found high skewness using Hex dominant method and specific edge sizing. So I don't get convergence in hybrid initiation. I would really appreciate if anyone can instruct me to deal with this matter. Because the air domain looks complex, I'm also considering ICEM if ANSYS Meshing cannot do it. Thanks.
