Hello everyone!
I am using ANSYS BladeModeler to design a mixed flow fan. After successfully making the meridional flow-path and blade features, I am facing an issue with the Stage fluid zone feature which is used to make the sectional periodic fluid domain. Upon increasing the lengths of the hub and shroud contours, a few unnecessary surfaces of revolution get created, which ideally should not constitute the flow domain. Also, because of this the Turbo-grid software yields an erroneous mesh. Has anyone been able to solve this problem? TIA |
