Dear All,
I want to cut a body using extension of a surface. As you can see in the picture, I need to overlap two edges, so I need to use cut tool. I don't know if this is possible in Ansys Design modeler or space claim environment. Anybody has any advice? Regards, Malekan |

Hi Malekan,
You can simply extend the cutting surface using the pull tool in SC. Then use the combine tool to cut the target body with the previously extended surface. Have fun |

Hi Malekan,
Happy it helped. You can also use the imprint face option and then pull the other surface out to slice the material |
