Icem meshing problem in T junction geometry

dear friends,
i am trying hard to mesh T junction model in ICEM. My geometry consists of two domain solid and fluid.i have done blocking, association but when i check my pre-mesh a small portion of solid domain left un-meshed.i have tried a lot but cant fixed it yet . i have attached the photos step by step plus work bench file for better understanding.
