Hi every one
I want to create hex mesh on my geometry, but when I select multizone method suddenly mesh generation stopped and can not create mesh. I use ansys meshing and there are some pics of my model. Can anyone help me? Thanks in Advance https://pasteboard.co/GNwR5pM.jpg https://pasteboard.co/GNwRgl2.jpg |

Hi Mohsen,
Well "multizone" is not a magic mesh method that succeeds every time you use it and generates a nice hexa mesh. If it fails you need to help it a bit, like allowing free mesh type (tet / Hex dominant / Hexa core), manually pick source face, etc. Also play with the meshing parameters that are available like the element sizes, local refinements, size functions, relevance center etc ... Have fun |
