Changing global scale factor in ICEM CFD affect prism first layer height?
I am trying to do grid independence study with prism layers in ICEM cfd. I calculated first layer height 0.01 mm and done simulation for 30 lakhs mesh elements. Now i wanna double the mesh elements so i change the global scale factor from 1 to 2 but still now i want same first layer height 0.01. changing this global size factor affect my first layer height and make it 0.02 or will it remain as 0.01?
If it changes to 0.02 then how can i keep this constant in grid independency study bcause first layer height calculated from y plus calculation this should not change with mesh elements right?

your first layer height will remain same
