I am trying to mesh a symmetrical geometry. I have created a block in one part of the geometry and then am copying the block by rotation to cover the remaining part.
However, I need your advice regarding two things after copying the blocks:

1. When I copy the block, the new (rotated) block has many entities associated to the old geometry itself. How do I rectify that? Do I need to do the re-assocciation manually or is there a short cut / direct method to do the re-association?

2. Also, there is an error saying there are blocks with same block number and that we should run check/fix. Presumably, the copied and original blocks have the same number. How do I fix that? Will running "check/fix" solve this issue? How do I verify whether the issue is solved?

Please advise.

Thank you

Also, when the blocks are rotated and copied across a face, do I have to merge the vertices or nodes on that face? I guess the vertices on that face will also be replicated and so a merging may also be required.

This topic has not been covered in the tutorial and so it is leading to confusion.

Please advise.

Thank you
