[ANSYS Meshing] Pre-tension command for static analysis?

Default Pre-tension command for static analysis?

Good morning,

I can not find the ANSYS command to set pre-tension before of a static analysis. My model is like a plate (see figure joint). My pre-tension is just an extension, like if the four lateral surfaces are pulled. Then I have to simulate another traction with different boundary conditions. Could you tell me a useful command or procedure? Thank you so much!
